Hi Everyone We have just upgraded to MI 8.0. Installation went fine on one workstation, but with the other two the installscript engine error appears when MI starts up. All three workstations are running XP with admin. privileges.
I have tried the fix on the Installshield website (downloading and installing the correct version of isScript.msi, but it has had no effect. I had thought of removing MI and re-installing, but the Installscript problem is preventing Windows from removing the program (and running setup again from the CD to fix or remove MI produces the same error message and installation is terminated). I have seen various references to this problem on the web, but non of the fixes have worked for us. Has anyone else had this problem - and more importantly did you manage to fix it?
