Dear List members Just a follow-up on my previous query. While I would like to know how to do this for my own general knowledge I am also wanting to automate the "search and replace" tool in MapInfo. If I know what the code is I expect there would be some way of modifying it so I could carry out multiple search and replace functions. and re-use the script when updating, cleaning and modifying tables to ensure replication of my procedure and consistency.
