Stefan
I didn't think there WAS a NNTP source for these newsgroups / lists - I
thought they were all email, by-subscription - see website
http://lists.directionsmag.com/ which will take you to
http://lists.directionsmag.com/discussion/

Out of interest I attempted to set a NNTP source in Outlook Express 6, and
it bombs out - can't find server. Actually, I like the NNTP way of handling
community dialogue.

Subject: [MI-L] OT: Thunderbird

        Hi again,

I am trying to create a Newsgroup-Account on Server
'lists.directionsmag.com' (Port: 119) using Thunderbird. But I couldn't get
it. Clicking on "Subscribe Newsgroup" there are no newsgroups listed?!? What
is wrong there?

        Stefan.

BTW: Thanks to those answering on my 'Grouping a Layer'-Question.
Kent has been first and with his advices I could solve the problem!
