Try http://www.epsg.org - They have some documentation and a database to
look up the projection.
 
EPSG 4326 WGS84 Lat/Long Degrees, -180 ==> +180
 
I think the MapInfo equivalent is Lat/Long WGS84.

For example, EPSG: 4326 equals which projection in MIPro? And
