It's hard to tell when you don't supply a code sample, but my guess is that the you lose the reference for the mapper frame on the way.
To make a mapper frame on a layout, you issue the command Create Frame.
The frame draws its content by requesting a Title which is the title of an existing window.
If such a window is missing, an empty frame is created.

Could someone help me on this MapBasic program?
I am writing this MapBasic program to automatic generate a layout window with a map and a browser for printing. When I run the program, the map and browser windows are OK within the MapInfo. But in the layout window, the browser is OK, the map window comes out empty. The MapBasic window (from option menu) capture the command when I manually used layout from menu is the same as my program.
What part is wrong?
