As David Baker suggests, Diabuilder give you nice controls on aligning each control, ie Static text, check boxes, user text boxes etc.
But if you're talking about right the text itself, I think Jacques Paris discussed a trick for doing this but it's not the ideal results we may want as there's just no real functions for that. I think the issue I recall Jacques finding a cure for may have been in output windows. To align text you can specify a mono space font like Courier for instance, and forcefully "right justify" text in your output windows by using spaces and trim statments.
