I don't know of anything that will convert while keeping the georeference. IrfanView will open and save as other file types but doesn't save the geodata. Question is, why do you want to convert? MapInfo will import SID files, and their file size is smaller than other formats.

To: <[email protected]> Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED] ita.co.uk> Content-Type: text/plain; charset="us-ascii" I have been sent a bunch of .SID format aerial photos. Anyone know how I can translate these into a more common format without losing there spatial reference? I am not familiar with this file type. Thanks in advance. _______________________________________________ MapInfo-L mailing list [email protected] http://www.directionsmag.com/mailman/listinfo/mapinfo-l
