Hi Mathab, Not sure about number 2 or number 3, but believe if you change the default style under the Options---Preferences menu and changing the settings under Styles, should make default styles stick for every session. If you are changing the style using the the menu Options---Line Style or Region Style, etc. or if you just click the button pads to change them, then it will not remain in effect when you start MapInfo the next time.
