Yet another option to look at is a command line or batch file based
solution - useful if this will be a regular task:
For searching for files containing a certain string, look at the 'find'
or 'findstr' commands.
To replace strings in a file, I'd use the ssed utility
(http://sed.sourceforge.net/grabbag/ssed/)
