A Happy New Year to everyone
Principally to advise those new to the list, but to remind those who have
forgot, I maintain a map in Mapinfo format of those subscribers to the list
who wish there details to be added. From the map you will be able to
pinpoint the location of any users although no accuracy is given to the
exact level, but you can also get e-mail and web addresses if available.
there are nearly 300 there so if you are trying to get hold of someone it's
a good place to start
I (and of course Bill Thoen) welcome anyone subscribed to the list to add
their details to the map. A particular welcome is given to those operating
in specialist fields or in remote locations. I will be updating the map in
the next month so a new copy should be available shortly. If you have not
got web access drop me a line and I will e-mail you a copy
The details I need are set out below. Please note I have set out a form for
easy response at my web site the URL of which is given below. Copes of the
map can be obtained via Bill Thoens GISNET site or the URL given below.
Please will those without web access let me know and I'll ensure that a
copy of the zipped list will be posted at each update where requested. Will
all those with new details please ensure they submit their long/lat location
