Thanks for the earlier replies. I have tried updating the column of dates so that they all read 31/01/2004. I have tried this by using: Table, Update column Table to update: ***, Column Date, get value from table **** Value Date = "31/1/2004" I then get an error message saying that it "Could not convert data" It then deletes all of the records in the column What am I doing wrong??
