You should also check MapXsite Dev (it's more simple, cheaper, but also
tricky due to a strange/bad manual) or BlueMarbles GeoObjects/GeoView
(and consider to wrap the OCX's in a DLL and use it through MS
Transaction server by a ASP program. The Transaction server will then
manage the states and how many times the OCX is loaded).
