Dear All,

I am currently experiencing problems installing ODBC support for MI Pro v5
on my NT4 (SP3) PC.

I got as far as the "MapInfo ODBC Support" dialog which displays a list of
drivers, and two buttons labelled "ODBC Support" & "Install IUS Driver".
At this point I simply clicked the "ODBC Support" button, which displayed a
maximised "Setup" window, then informed me of several files being
installed,
followed by a message dialog with the phrase;

   "Loading ODBC driver list. This may take a moment. Please stand by..."

I've been standing by for 3hrs now, so to speak. Looking at the NT Task
Manager it states that the process is still running, as opposed to "Not
responding". MapInfo Pro v5.0 & Data installed Ok, and in fact I've been
using this for some time now.

Has anybody experienced this, or can anybody offer some advice?.
