I assume that what you are referring to as "lables" is text on the layout.
You can save a workspace after you finish the layout, or at any point in
designing the layout after you place the text. You can save a layout with
empty frames or no frames to get back only the text. When you open the
workspace, you get back the layout as you saved it with the text in place.
