We have experienced a problem with text shifting in an odd way. The text is parcel dimensions. The text is on a single layer and is not an atribute label (ie it is placed directly on map). The horizontal text remains lined up with the parcel (ie where we placed it). But the Vertical text (rotated 90 deg) is off set about 180'. Could this be a projection problem? we are baffaled as to why it is not off set in both axis. We save the layer each year and the prior year does not have this problem.
