Richard,

Try Paint Shop Pro (info from http://www.jasc.com) - it has a neat
"Browse..." capability which allows you to see all the images in your
chosen directory before opening one. I use this to actually create
thumbnails for the web page (by screen capturing the directory the
"Cutting" out each thumb nail view...if you know what I mean!).

Get back to me if you need any further info.

        Subject: MI graphics thumbnail viewer

I am building a www site and presentations that have dozens of
charts
and graphs and maps which are in all kinds of graphics formats.
I have a
pretty good tool for changing formats (Polyview, Corel
photopaint, etc)
but I need some utility that allows me to look at a directory of
images
and see thumbnails, just a utility by itself, not something in a
graphics product (Corel 8 has a thumbnail viewer on import)
Amazingly
when inserting a picture into PowerPoint it gives no way to view
what
you are inserting (MS Word does)

        Thanks
