Well, there's this MapObjects web map of all libraries in the US
at:
http://128.186.177.24/scripts/esrimap.dll?name=geolib&cmd=test
but I don't remember if PR is included. I think the data set is
public-domain and available as part of a DOE project (see
http://www.geolib.org for info and contacts) You might also
contact GeoData Consultants (http://www.geodataconsult.com/)
--they sell a PR database. Also try the GIS-savvy librarians on
the MAPS-L list at [EMAIL PROTECTED]
