Hi there, I am having a little bit of a problem with getting files from Genamap into Mapinfo. I work for a UK based local government authority and have a variety of datasets in genamap that I want to get into Mapinfo (v4.5). I have a licence for Gemi, an australian Genamap to Mapinfo convertor but whilst it quite merrily displays the preview correctly when you load the generated *.tab file into Mapinfo, the projections seem to be all over the place. We are using, I believe, Universal Transverse Mercator in Genamap and I believe the projection is British National Grid in Mapinfo. I have tried changing the projection in Gemi to the one in Mapinfo but still dont get the right result on generating the tab file. I have also tried using the GM2ESRI executable in Genamap 7.1 but everytime I try that it gets to the Point data *.e00 file generation and I get a memory error and core dump (we are running on IBM RS/6000 AIX). Any suggestions appreciated.
