You may want to check out our GeoTransform DLL. You can embed it into your
application to perform bulk reprojection of raster image files. GeoTransform is the
engine behind our Geographic Transformer application, Horizons Sure!MAPS RASTER map
engine, LandInfo's raster map production process, and many other Blue Marble Developer
applications.
