MI Utility to make dropped text live again.

     Hi,
        I'm in search of a utility that has the ability to take DXF text 
     that was dropped on a point and make it live again.  By live again I 
     mean, a point entity with the value of the text as an attribute.  Has 
     anyone seen or created a tool like this?
