I would like to pose a question concerning mmds pay TV. A company which
is beginning the process of running a mmds pay tv in a city wants to
know the "shadow areas" of the city for better positioning the
transmitting antenas. We intend to work with Mapinfo and Vertical Mapper
to do so and we don't know what could be a fair price for both sides,
taking in acount not only the costs involved in the service, but also
the benefits of not investing huge amounts of money in a wrong
configuration of antenas.
Is there a kind of established standard of charging for this kind of
job?
