Hi, I have a dbase that has a date field which represents the date I invoice a job. It is always the 1st of a month and the dates span a number of years. I want to prepare a thematic map based on the date so the client can see how much and where the activity has been going on. Red for January 1996; Blue for March 98 etc. However, whether I use Range or Individual I cannot get it right. All the expressions I try return a nil to the thematic. If I convert the dates to strings - it can't sort the legend in date ascending/descending. What am I doing wrong?
