Look for it in MapInfo Professional v4.x Support Files, then download
Arrows.exe

hi mi-listers ...
i just spent about an hour, looking for a good set of tools or a layer which
will draw north arrows on an open map. i seem to remember something like
this, somewhere, but i sure couldn't find it. be nice to have a tool, which
allows several display options and such.
