Our Global Insight world gazetteer puts Chapais, Quebec at a decimal lat/long of:
49.7798, -74.85788
The negative longitude indicated West. A few moments with a calculator will break this
down into
degrees, minutes and seconds.
There doesn't seem to be much up there apart from a couple of roads, a railroad and a
lot of
water!
