Hello Nigam:
The fastest way would be to let map info do it
Register Table "Tab_Delimited.Txt"
TYPE ASCII
Delimiter 9
Charset "WindowsLatin1"
Into "Table.Tab"
then process the "Table" in what ever way you need.
