We are using v4.0 w/out mapbasic. The problem occurs for text objects
placed directly on the map (ie, not as a label). Only a few objects are
affected. They can not be selected by the mouse, and they have moved
from the location where they were placed. I can not select them to move
them back. These objects will select when a select query is performed
on all objects from the table.
Related question- whats your opinion on placing text directly on the map
versus labeling an object. The particular case is street labeling.
