I'd sent these up a long time ago and I believe they were
put on the mapinfo-l ftp site.  US Runways. (all).

Also, a file named 'worldpoints' which were put up awhile
back as well has major airports throughout the world.

I'll send you the US Runways file direct to save you some
time.
