What you can do is to first run the SQL query. Next Select "Save query " from the file menu and save the appropriate query table. This will create 2 files having the same name and ".qry" and ".tab" extensions. If you examine these files using a text editor you will see that the .tab file opens the desired tables and the .qry file contains the components of the SQL statement. You can issue an open table in your program to execute the SQL Statement. I hope this helps.
