The Library of Congress has an online mapserver which uses MR Sid. I do not
know if they serve images, I believe they only serve historical maps. If
you want samples of MR Sid compressed images, Space Imaging offers
CD-Carterra which, uses Mr Sid compression. You can order a free disk from
their website.
