Sorry to disappoint you, but we have to pay for MB separately just like
everyone else in the world. I have yet to figure out why MI charges
extra for MB while ESRI just includes Avenue with it's Arcview product.
I also have yet to figure out why MI has not just built VBA into MI...
That rumor has been running around now for a couple of years and doesn't
appear to be any more substantial than the MB one.
