Dear Sir and Madams,
I imported an autocad DXF file into Mapinfo TAB file.
( This DXF had been generated by an autotracing software
from an image file. This original image file
is the borders of, say, many countries)
I tried to make each the area surrounded by the
polylines into a polygon by
Object->"Convert to Region" of Mapinfo.
If there was a concave border, however, this concave part
would be shortcut by a single straight line.
How can I avoid this and make the individual
surrounded area into a polygon, no matter concave or convex,
(preferably completely automatically, if possible)?
