Vertical Mapper 2.1 is causing the problem, either disable it in
startup.wor to run it manually when you need it, or exit out of it when you
use the UT. Northwood Geoscience will have to fix this in a later release
and it has been reported to them already.

Subject: MI 5.01: Universal Translator bug?
Greetings all!
I'm finding a problem with Universal Translator. During an attempted
translation of a Shapefile, when I click the projection button to choose
the projection, the UT window disappears. I can click on the UT icon down
below in the Windows "icon zone" and it flashes up for a fraction of a
second, then is gone again. I end up CTRL-SHFT-DEL'ing my way out of it,
but "ending task" on UT.
Any ideas/suggestions appreciated.
