Is it possible to respecify the window Id associated with a currently opened
frame. I have an integrated mapping application written in Delphi where I
allow the user create a layout and modify it. I would like to be able to
allow them to open a new map and the layout they have created be
automatically associated with that map. I can do this manually by double
clicking on the map frame and selecting the newly created map, but I need to
be able to do this programatically. I don't see anything like a Set Frame
statement and the Set Layout statement does not allow me to supply a new
window id for the frame. The only solution I have been able to come to at
this point is getting the ObjectInfo for the frame, deleting the first frame
and creating a second frame with the same ObjectInfo except for the new
Window Id. This seems more like a kludge and that not having a Set Frame
statement was an oversight.
Does anyone have any ideas, solutions or suggestions?
