Please let me ask another question, last one tonight/thismorning.
I am coding a MapBasic which prompts a number( coded as "timeid") and
creates a thematic map ( dot map ) which changes depending on
this variable "timeid".
The code is;
shade window frontwinid selection with cases_x density 1:4
set legend window frontwinid layer prev display on shades off symbols off lines
off count off title "Dotted Map " Font ("System",0,12,0)
subtitle "" Font ("System",0,12,0) ascending on ranges
Font ("System",0,12,0) "1 Dot = 1" display on
I would like to print this "timeid" below the dotted map
to avoid confusion among many maps.
I do not know (1)how to incorporate such a variable( "timeid" )
into legend or anything, neither do I know
(2)how to print legend on the same paper with dotted map,
interactively or from MapBasic.
I appreciate any advice. Thank you.
