My, what an interesting thread... A "pie 'n' sauce" is also a common delicacy (?) across the ditch in New Zealand, although I must say that our tomato sauce is almost completely nothing like ketchup, it being colloquially referred (again, usually by the male segment of the population) to as "tucker <something-or-other>". It's also a popular condiment to the ubiquitous "fish 'n' chips" (aka 'greasies'), and no "barbie" (no, not the doll) is complete without it. Obviously us antipodean types have a highly refined palette - must be the sun and all those funny HTML enhanced animals. > -----Original Message----- > From: Jim Allender [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]] > Sent: Tuesday, 19 January 1999 13:52 > To: [EMAIL PROTECTED]; Bill Thoen > Cc: MapInfo List > Subject: RE: MI Please turn off HTML: Beat the dead horse > > > I suggest that you look at the following recipe. > > http://www.cs.adelaide.edu.au/users/jnick/pie_f.html > > > -----Original Message----- > > From: [EMAIL PROTECTED] > > [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED]]On Behalf Of Anitra Robertson > > Sent: Tuesday, January 19, 1999 9:33 AM > > To: Bill Thoen > > Cc: MapInfo List > > Subject: Re: MI Please turn off HTML: Beat the dead horse > > > > > > I must object: > > > > Firstly: The platypus is nothing like the common old > beaver.
