Hmm, I just looked at the online KB today (1/20 10:21 AM EST) and it
appeared to be functioning just fine. Started at the Home page, to
Techsupport, then to the Knowledgebase link which has been up for over a
month now.

Last I heard, MapInfo was in the process of re-writing their whole Tech
Support
notes database into a searchable knowledge base for their web site.
