I am in search for the following functionality (or close) in a Mapinfo
based product/application:
Given a series of points to visit in an area the program should be able
to, 1) construct balanced territories with regard to the number of
visits performed on a given period of time, and, 2) minimize the overall
drivetime.
The application should ideally be able to "float" bases or initial
points from where the visits start.
Also, could anyone comment on the Tactician Territory Optimization
software?
