Richard,
We were faced with a similar problem during the early development of
Iso-Route, our routing DLL's. Find attached an MB (and MBX) that does
the job fairly well. Its not VERY elegant, but if you are a MapBasic
user, I'm sure you can tidy it up for your own personal use.
