MI Moving a map around the world

Hi,


I Have a problem that a Mapinfo map I have of a city in china appears in the
middle of africa when overlayed on the world map...How do I move this map
around the globe so it sits where it supposed to sit?  This is for a GPS
application so correct position is important.
