Dear List, My statement that the size limit of the MapBasic editor is NOT documented is wrong, it IS documented (page 18). Sorry about that. Also I do think that the MapBasic documentation is excellent. As a novice programmer I learnt the basics from the guide and could later use this information in VB or Delphi. Every time a person asks for MapBasic documentation I point to the MB manuals, because I think they are the best available. Especially novice programmers can learn some fundamentals about programming, and the syntax of MapBasic is really straightforward and understandable.
