Webb Laboratories and Caliper Corporation have resolved their dispute regarding use of the TRANSCAD trademark. Neither party admits to infringing the rights of the other party. As a means of resolving the dispute, Webb Laboratories has agreed to discontinue further use of the TRANSCAD trademark while Caliper Corporation will continue to use the trademark. Both parties will continue to offer for sale and sell their respective software products and services.
