Generates, regular, convex, or concave polygons around any set of geocoded points
based on a unique Id from a field in your database (i.e. Zip Codes, Carrier Routes,
Signal Strength, etc.). Creates .tab layer.

Tested in MIP 4.1 to current versions, and with over 1 million points silmutaneously
Very Fast! On P-2 200, with 32 mb mem, creates 100 polygons around 10,000 points in 1
min 15 seconds
