Answer:
This was a problem in MapInfo 4.5 when you didn't have any numeric fields
in your table being updated. If you add a dummy numeric field through
Table>Maintenance>Table Structure, you will get the other options. I
believe version 4.5.2 of MapInfo fixed this problem and can be downloaded
from the MapInfo web site, www.mapinfo.com.
