As an Adobe product Pagemaker should also be able to handle Acrobat
Documents as a file format.

As regrds drivers the usual suspects, HP et al all seem OK but a genuine
Adobe driver would presumably comply to Postscript standards best of all.

You may want to get postscript drivers for both convertional A4's as well
as large formats for easy output of large ps files
