I suggest going to www.rtk.net. The data are NOT in MI format, but they
are reasonably easy to import. A word of CAUTION regarding the
lat/longs. Two other people and myself recently finished 2 papers that
discussed the lat/long accuracy issue of TRI data in Brooklyn. You
definitely need to independantly confirm lat/longs. While the data has
gotten better over the years, it still needs alot of work.
