MI Selectng points

Hi readers,

 

OK, I am confident, it is a newbie question...but I can not find the answer.

 

I have a file with lines and points. The table has only a column sequentially numbered. I wish to select every point and only points, to cut and paste into a new table. There are some 40,000 points, so, thanks, but I am not ready to hand work.
