Its called ISO/TC 211 (Geographic Information/Geomatics) and the FINAL
report is still not ready. Ms Maitra (from US, sorry I forgot the org)
circulated some part of it amongst the US citizens. They are copyrighted
documents and not available freely. Since Phillipines is nither a
Participating nor Observer member of the committee, it might be difficult
for you to get that. You may look at the official site of ISO/TC 211 for
further detials;
