Hi mappers,
I have a question which I asked a while back regarding different text
types in the same 'entity'. It appears to be a slight problem in Mapinfo
that one can't seem to have different text styles in the one sentence.
For instance, plant names:
Dry Shrubby E.obliqua Forest on Sandstone
(where the "E.obliqua" part is in italics.)
I'm sure there are a lot of users out there who run into this situation
regularly, particularly in the 'Parks and Wildlife' industries. I don't
know if I'm the 'Lone Ranger' but I think Mapinfo's 'word-processing'
capabilities could be improved upon, certainly in this respect at least.
Is this a problem that you think Mapinfo should look at or is there a
'fix-it' available already??
