HI, my name is john. I have some clients who wish to convert some 1 in 50,000 local topographical maps from aerial photographs. However, his department has no provision to "contract" such services to people outside his department. Is there any existing internation digitizing specifications available ? The specifications is needed so that he can "contract" data conversation to vendors.
