The translated TAB file that you sent had a projection
of Longitude/Latitude but that was not the original projection
of the .E00 file. That's why the mapper is skewed.
When translating from ArcInfo to MapInfo in ArcLink, the user
has to know the projection of the E00 file and then pick the correct
projection from the coordinate system picker box. ArcLink does
not perform projection transformations.
